How to use the Operations Module Video

Overview

The operations module allows you to compare your office over many metrics such as providers, offices, payors, services, and more. A lot of these metrics may be self explanatory, but we wanted to jump into one of the metrics, trends, to give you some insight.

The trends metric allows you to see how your office has performed over a wide variety of metrics over the past year. Simply select the month, office, and metric you would like to look at and this module will let you know your office's status over the past year. Not only are you able to compare more than one office at a time but if you select the compare tab it will allow you to compare month over month in table format how your office performed over last year.

Example

Juanita wanted to compare her office for the past year. So she did the following:

Step 1: Go to the Trends view

Navigate to the Operations module and click on the Trends tab/view

Step 2: Choose the date, location and metric

Choose the month, location, and metric you would like to compare. When done click Refresh.

Step 3: Click on the compare tab.

When you click on the Compare tab, scroll down and you will see a month-over-month comparison from this year to last year. This is just one way to use the Operations Module, try more!
