To allow customers to quickly verify if their office’s PMS is properly connecting to Jarvis.
Features & Functions
The Connectivity Indicators next to each of the names of your offices are there to let you know what level of connectivity your office has to Jarvis’ database. If your PMS does not yet integrate with Jarvis Analytics, you will need to follow the manual update procedures located here.
Indicator Color Meaning
- Gray – Location that is supported, however, the connector sync is not operating properly.
- Green – Location that is supported and the connector sync is operating properly. This indicator includes all management systems that we connect with, including management systems that we connect via API and Flat-file Transfer, such as Ascend, Cloud9, and Denticon.
- No Indicator – This is a location that is set up with the PMS Data Uploader and the connection status is irrelevant.
- Dentrix Core, Dentrix Enterprise, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Denticon, Cloud 9
