What is the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal contains all of your active patient information and can be used to create custom lists of patients meeting a variety of criteria. This helps you build your schedules and create workflows for future follow-up or even derive an active patient count.
Build a custom report by adding filters including patient demographics and contact information. Search your custom list using our nifty search bar to quickly locate a patient.
The front office team can use the Reminders page within the Patient Portal to organize all their follow-up items and efficiently complete tasks without any manual tracking.
The team can even celebrate their success and improve practice performance by tracking front-office team accountabilities on the Performance page.
