Recapturing Broken Appointments
“I can’t believe it’s been 10 months since my last cleaning!” Does that sound familiar?
As you know, broken appointments (any appointment marked as broken, canceled, missed, or failed) are very common, and Jarvis Analytics makes it easy to identify which patients have broken appointments, contact them, and document any efforts made to get them back on the schedule. See the Creating Reminders section here.
Go to Front Office > Schedule > Broken Appointments (at bottom of page). Then filter for Status.
This will allow you to see anyone with an unscheduled broken appointment. Then it is up to you to decide whom to call from there. Scroll all the way to the right and use the ••• Action button to document any actions you make. This will allow your PMS database to stay up to date.
