What is the Dashboard Module?

The Dashboard is the daily performance pulse on your business. It includes an aggregated total of your Production, Adjustments, and Collections. The “Financials Per Location” section provides great insights into the individual performance of locations, payors, and providers.

You can review the Dashboard for any date range you choose by utilizing the Date Picker.

The Dashboard includes red and green trend arrows that indicate Production, Collections, and Adjustments as up or down compared to last year or to your goals.

Example

Find out how many prophys your hygienist completed last month.

1. Open the Dashboard module.
2. Click the Metrics tab.
3. Using the date picker, select last month.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see services.
5. In the services box type 1100.
6. This will show you all of the providers in your practice who have completed a prophy this month, how many they have completed, and the total revenue generated from those prophys.

Notes:

For the best results when searching for or comparing payors on the metric tab, make sure that you map your payors. To map your Payors, go to the Configurations settings.
