Dashboard - The Dashboard Module is a good weekly action planning and forecasting tool. 

  • View aggregated metrics across all locations so you know at a glance if your organization is trending up or down compared to last year for your current week or current month.
  • Implore the Vs. Goal filter to compare your organization’s performance goal.  
  • Use Brand or Region filters to see aggregated metrics for a specific region, brand, or line of business. 
  • The Financials graph allows you to visually compare your locations to each other and to the prior year for a quick assessment. 
  • In the Provider Performance by Location graph, you can sort ascending or descending to quickly identify your organization’s top and lower-performing providers for the week or month. 

Operations - Operations provides detailed performance data across Practices, Providers and Payors; with the ability to forecast performance and see trended data. 

  • Operations Offices and Performance are great views to visit weekly to forecast month-end production and formulate action plans if you are tracking short of goal. 
  • Users can sort and download key metrics from all the offices by office, per working day, per patient visit, and per procedure. 
  • Plan weekly or monthly marketing campaigns by using Operations Marketing to see the zip code analysis of your new and existing patients.
  • View top services for your entire organization in Operations Services to assess specialty provider staffing. 
  • Operations Performance highlights how you are tracking to goal, as well as a variance for each day of the month in scheduled vs. actual production. 
  • Use the Booked Production metric to see where you are forecasted to end the month if no additional production is added to the schedule. 

KPIs - The KPI module can be used weekly to drive clinical performance and monthly to reflect on clinical initiatives on an organization, practice, and provider level. 

  • Configure to only include your most important KPIs in the Hygiene, Doctor, and Office sections for a more organized focus. 
  • Hover over the “i” insight located to the right of the metric to see the definition and or calculation of the metric to eliminate metric confusion.   
  • Click the breakdown button to see additional details on how each metric is calculated. 
  • Select all locations in the Main view and use the sorting feature to identify your Top 20%, Mid Tier, and Bottom 20% offices. 
  • Use the Provider view to see your KPIs broken down by your Doctor and Hygiene providers and sort to rank their performance either by location or across your organization. This module is directly impacted by selecting the correct line of business in the Configuration module.
