What is the Waterfall Module?

The Waterfall Module compares your net production with the related collections over a 24-month timeframe in order to provide a view of trailing collections and monitor variances month to month.

Because the only collections totals that appear are the dollars associated with the production within the same month, this calculation is a more accurate reflection of the collection rate.

Unapplied payments can also be identified in the Unapplied row, and the payment details can be viewed when the Total is clicked.
