Review KPIs – Regional Managers
Regularly reviewing the KPIs can provide critical insights into the financial health of the practice, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. By understanding these metrics, managers can make informed decisions to optimize the performance of their dental office, improve patient care, increase productivity, and maximize profitability. Follow the instructions to review your KPIs:
- Go to the KPIs module.
- Ensure the Main view is selected.
- Using the dropdown menus at the top, select the date range, and clinic you want to learn more about.
- Identify the tile with the desired KPI. We used Hygiene Reappointment for this example in the Hygiene section of the page. Click the breakout button.
- Use the table header to filter the breakdown table by your desired criteria.
