What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal contains all of your active patient information and can be used to create custom lists of patients meeting a variety of criteria. This helps you build your office’s schedules and create a workflow for future follow ups, or even improve your an active patient count.

You can build a custom report by adding filters including patient demographics and contact information. You can search your custom list using the search bar to quickly locate a patient.

The front office team can use the Reminders page within the Patient Portal to organize all their follow up items and efficiently complete tasks without any manual tracking. 

The team can even celebrate their success and improve practice performance by tracking front office team accountabilities on the Performance page.
